Tempura udon

Ingredients (1 serving)

• Sanuki udon…100 g (1 bundle)
• Mentsuyu…400 ml (for undiluted mentsuyu)
• Tempura, green onion, or other preferred toppings

Cooking Instructions

① Pour the mentsuyu into a pot and heat.
② Place cooked udon into a bowl and add ①.
③ Adding tempura, green onion, or the toppings of your choice will make an even more flavorful dish to enjoy.

Hiyamugi

Ingredients (1 serving)

• Sanuki Hiyamugi…100 g (1 bundle)
• Mentsuyu…150 ml (for undiluted mentsuyu)
• Green onion to taste

Cooking Instructions

① Cook the Sanuki Hiyamugi, drain, and rinse with cold water in the strainer to cool the noodles.
② Prepare the mentsuyu. Add green onion to taste.
③ Place the Hiyagimugi in ① into a bowl, dip in ②, and enjoy.

Curry somen

Ingredients (1 serving)

• Sanuki Somen…100 g (1 bundle)
• Ready-made curry package
• Mentsuyu…1 tbsp
• Milk…100 ml

Cooking Instructions

① Cook the Sanuki Somen, drain, and rinse with cold water in the strainer to cool the noodles.
② Slowly add a little mentsuyu and milk into the curry and mix thoroughly.
③ Place ① in a dish, then pour ② on top. Topping with canned tuna fish, corn, cherry tomatoes, or other toppings of your choice will enhance the dish.
