★Hiyamugi
★Ingredients (1 serving)
• Sanuki Hiyamugi…100 g (1 bundle)• Mentsuyu…150 ml (for undiluted mentsuyu)
• Green onion to taste

① Cook the Sanuki Hiyamugi, drain, and rinse with cold water in the strainer to cool the noodles.② Prepare the mentsuyu. Add green onion to taste.
③ Place the Hiyagimugi in ① into a bowl, dip in ②, and enjoy.
★Curry somen
★Ingredients (1 serving)
• Sanuki Somen…100 g (1 bundle)• Ready-made curry package
• Mentsuyu…1 tbsp
• Milk…100 ml
★Cooking Instructions
① Cook the Sanuki Somen, drain, and rinse with cold water in the strainer to cool the noodles.② Slowly add a little mentsuyu and milk into the curry and mix thoroughly.
③ Place ① in a dish, then pour ② on top. Topping with canned tuna fish, corn, cherry tomatoes, or other toppings of your choice will enhance the dish.
